By accessing or purchasing from Brooks of Peace (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided
We offer digital music therapy tracks for purchase and download. These tracks are intended for personal wellness and educational purposes only. Purchasing digital content does not establish a therapist-client relationship. For clinical music therapy services, a separate agreement with a licensed therapist is required.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

You may not use our services if prohibited by applicable law.

4. Purchases & Payments
All prices are listed in Cedis and are subject to change without notice.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers; we do not store payment details.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, including tracks, text, graphics, and logos, is our property and protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly perform our content without prior written consent.

References to copyrighted works (e.g., song titles, artist names) are for descriptive purposes only; rights remain with their respective owners.

Not share purchased tracks with unauthorized parties.

Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit our content.

7. Disclaimers
Our tracks are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
